Return Process

  Contact our dedicated consumer relations team or your local independent distributor to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, attachments, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our authorized service center using a trackable shipping method.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
